Responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of one or more solutions provided by CloudEagle.
  • Assist customers in implementing and adopting these solutions, tracking detailed adoption metrics, and ensuring consistent long-term benefits for customers.
  • Become a subject matter expert in the relevant domain, promptly resolving customer queries and issues.
  • Identify customer pain points, gather feedback, and provide insights to enhance solutions while serving as the customer's voice in product discussions.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders, showcasing relevant metrics.
  • Create help documentation and videos for the Help Center to support customers.
  • Prepare and maintain demo environments for the Sales team.

General Requirements:

  • Be in the final year or already graduated from college.
