Position: Data & Visualization Analyst

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, following data visualization and design best practices.
  • Analyze and transform data, including the development of efficient data pipelines.
  • Leverage AI and automation tools within the Azure ecosystem, such as developing analytical insights via Azure ML or automating tasks via Power Automate.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable, data-driven insights and provide ad hoc analyses.
  • Document reporting definitions and processes to ensure clarity and consistency.
  • Take ownership of reporting and Management Information (MI) tasks, managing them end-to-end.
  • Train and enable internal clients to proficiently use modern BI tools for data analysis.
  • Collaborate with teams across different geographies and functions within the Compliance area.

Requirements:

  • Experience & Skills:

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a data and visual analytics professional.
    • Strong proficiency in at least one coding language such as Python, SQL, Power Query, or DAX.
    • Hands-on experience (2+ years) in creating interactive dashboards using Power BI and/or Tableau, including building semantic models and data flows.
    • Proven ability to build data pipelines and reshape data for dashboard consumption.

  • Additional Expertise:

    • Familiarity with AI/ML projects and understanding data science concepts is a plus.
    • Excellent organizational skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
