Responsibilities:

  • Plan and provide high-quality analytical input to support innovative process development and problem resolution.
  • Capture, validate, and document business and data requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic principles.
  • Analyze, interpret, and visualize large data volumes to identify, support, and challenge business opportunities and solutions.
  • Perform data extraction, storage, manipulation, processing, and analysis tasks.
  • Conduct and support options analysis to identify the most suitable solutions.
  • Maintain full traceability and linkage of business requirements to analytics outputs.
  • Seek opportunities to challenge and improve current business processes to achieve the best customer outcomes.
  • Create and execute quality assurance at various project stages to validate analysis, ensure data quality, identify inconsistencies, and resolve them as needed.

Requirements:

  • Background in business analysis tools and techniques.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in influencing stakeholders through tailored communications.
  • Core technical skills in programming and analytics.
  • Educational qualifications: B.Tech or MCA with strong C#, VB, and Python programming knowledge.
  • Preferred certification: UiPath Automation Developer Professional.
  • Familiarity with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) development tools and techniques.
