Position: Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Extend Axiom solution coverage to support new geographies, products, and reporting obligations.
• Translate business objectives into high-quality business requirements and functional specifications.
• Document end-to-end delivery processes and create detailed playbooks for scalable solutions.
• Perform user acceptance testing (UAT), prepare test cases, and validate results.
• Support global regulatory reporting teams by addressing queries related to EBA reporting (CoRep/FinRep).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across finance, product, and engineering teams.
• Conduct gap analyses to identify risks and root causes, escalating issues as necessary.

Requirements:

Mandatory Skills:

• Hands-on experience with SQL for data analysis and report validation.
• Strong financial product knowledge, including a detailed understanding of trade/transaction lifecycles and regulatory requirements.
• Proven experience in documenting business requirements and writing functional specifications.
• Experience with regulatory reporting frameworks, particularly EBA reporting such as CoRep and FinRep.
• Demonstrated ability to perform UAT, prepare detailed test cases, and collaborate with developers and business customers for smooth implementation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience working across multiple time zones.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a high-performance, dynamic environment.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Familiarity with the Axiom platform and its role in regulatory reporting.
• Experience supporting global finance systems within a fintech or regulated financial institution.
