Responsibilities:

• Gather and validate business, technology, and data requirements to establish project scope and define impact, outcome criteria, and metrics.
• Translate conceptual user requirements into clear technical requirements for developers and project teams.
• Lead Program Increment sessions with business stakeholders to identify 3-6 month priorities while ensuring alignment with long-term strategic goals.
• Ensure the quality, accuracy, and efficiency of data by supporting data governance and driving metadata population and approvals with a clear understanding of business purposes.
• Communicate with project teams to guide proposed technical solutions and direct data engineers on implementation tasks.
• Analyze and provide suggestions for production support issues in collaboration with Data/Analytics Engineers.
• Partner with Enterprise Architects to create data models aligned with organizational data architecture.
• Utilize technology modeling tools, such as Power BI, to build working prototypes with the assistance of technical teams to confirm user expectations.
• Map out team-to-team dependencies and collaborate with capability teams accordingly.

Requirements:

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of system engineering, object-oriented design, information risk, security guidelines, and architecture standards.

Skills:

• Proficiency in Analytics & Insights methodologies and tools, such as ADF, ADLS G2, Azure SQL DW, AAS, Power BI, Python, data exploration, and mining.
• Must exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Understanding of Finance processes, including General Ledger, Cost Center Accounting, and Profitability Analysis, is desirable.
• Familiarity with SAP transactional systems, such as ECC, CRM, and Hybris, is preferred.
• Knowledge of planning applications, such as Hyperion and Enterprise Planning Management, is a plus.
