Responsibilities:

Infra Managed Services

• Manage infrastructure services and operations for both on-premises and cloud-based technologies.
• Operate infrastructure under service and experience level agreements.
• Ensure IT infrastructure is reliable, secure, and consistently maintained.
• Identify opportunities to improve services and enhance operational effectiveness.
• Govern and manage ongoing service delivery and enhancements.

Application/Cloud Support

• Support, monitor, and maintain applications and cloud computing systems.
• Apply technical knowledge to diagnose and resolve application-related issues.

Project Control Services

• Enable program management and enhance the overall quality of Technology Delivery.
• Track and manage project management office (PMO) activities.
• Proactively monitor, manage, and report on project deliverables while resolving issues.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to align priorities and direction.

Low/No Code App Development

• Develop applications using low-code platforms, configuring systems based on client requirements.
• Work with form builders, pre-built templates, drag-and-drop visual interfaces, and entity builders.
• Research and analyze internal business processes for optimization and automation opportunities.

Quality Engineering

• Design test processes, and test cases, and create test data.
• Apply functional and business knowledge to meet testing standards, guidelines, and methodology.
• Develop usability testing scenarios and prepare test reports.
• Analyze test results and provide observations to the development team.

Requirements:

• Educational Qualification:

  • Non-engineering graduates/postgraduates such as B.Sc., BCA, BBA, B.A, B.Com, etc.
  • Excludes B.E/B.Tech, M.E/M.Tech, MCA, M.Sc (CS/IT/Computer Applications/Data Science/Computer Science & Applications).
  • Applicable for any year of pass-out till 2024.

• Eligibility Criteria:

  • No active backlogs during application and onboarding.
  • Degree must be completed within the stipulated duration without gaps (e.g., BBA in 3 years, M.Sc in 2 years).
  • Candidates must have yet to appear for Accenture recruitment assessments/interviews in the last 3 months.
  • Maximum of 23 months of full-time experience allowed.

• Work Authorization:

  • Candidates must be eligible to work in India.
  • Bhutan and Nepal nationals can work without a visa. All other foreign nationals require a valid work visa, OCI, or PIO card.

• Additional Requirements:

  • Flexibility to work across different time zones/shifts to serve global clients.
  • Willingness to work in any Business Unit/Service line within the company.
  • Readiness to relocate to any Accenture office across India.
