Responsibilities:

  • Enhance existing software applications by adding new features and improving performance.
  • Develop and design new reports, including data fetching through SQL, data processing, and data representation based on requirements.
  • Gather requirements, understand project scope, create work estimates, and plan and execute tasks effectively.
  • Handle client calls and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure requirements are met.
  • Participate in component-level technical design discussions and collaborations.
  • Debug software, perform root cause analysis, and document resolutions.
  • Identify and propose process improvements to enhance team operations and the development ecosystem.
  • Provide support for software releases.
  • Gain an understanding of healthcare workflows and the Millennium data model.
  • Adhere to security policies and procedures, safeguarding corporate and client assets.

Requirements:

  • Education:

    • Bachelor’s Degree or above in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Applications, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, or Information Systems.
  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficiency in SQL, PL-SQL, and Database Management Systems.
    • Programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
    • Debugging and troubleshooting expertise.
    • Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
    • Knowledge of unit testing and data analysis techniques.
  • Soft Skills:

    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Collaboration and effective communication abilities.
    • Attention to detail and adaptability.
    • Time management and continuous learning mindset.
    • Basic mentorship skills to support peers.
  • Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

    • Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools like Tableau, Business Object, Power Insight, or DA2.
    • Familiarity with CCL and healthcare workflows.
  • Additional Requirements:

    • Willingness to work additional or irregular hours as needed and permitted by local regulations.
    • Commitment to maintaining organizational security and reporting security compromises within the scope of the position.
