Position: Packaged App Development Associate

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, test, assemble, support, and configure applications using business requirements.
• Understand business drivers that impact performance and deliver software that meets expectations.
• Integrate technology trends into solutions by participating in the development of automation, new functionality, and technologies.
• Resolve incidents and provide support to customers through voice interaction, email, chat, or remote support.
• Deliver code that meets time and quality expectations while participating in peer reviews.
• Take ownership of the successful implementation of solutions.
• Support infrastructure operations and manage delivery for IT production systems and services.

Test Automation Engineering Responsibilities:

• Create test designs, test processes, test cases, and test data.
• Apply business and functional knowledge, including testing standards and methodologies, to meet team objectives.
• Design testing scenarios for usability testing.
• Prepare test reports and analyze results, submitting observations to the development team.

Requirements:

• Educational Qualification:

  • Any engineering stream (B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech) or MCA or M.Sc (CS/IT/Computer Applications/Data Science/Computer Science & Applications).
  • Applicable for any year of pass-out till 2024.

• Eligibility Criteria:

  • No active backlogs during application and onboarding.
  • Degree must be completed within the stipulated duration (e.g., B.Tech in 4 years).
  • Maximum of 23 months of full-time experience allowed.
  • Candidates must not have appeared for Accenture recruitment assessments or interviews in the last 3 months.
  • Must hold Indian citizenship.
    • Bhutan and Nepal nationals do not require a work visa. Other foreign nationals need a valid work visa, OCI, or PIO card to work in India.

• Skills and Preferences:

  • Ability to anticipate and resolve business issues with agility.
  • Multi-disciplinary, versatile, and quick to learn and apply new skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge or experience in any of the following areas is preferred:
    • ABAP Development on HANA, CDS, AMDP, Performance Analysis.
    • Salesforce.com application configuration/customization.
    • J2EE and full-stack development.
    • .NET (ASP.NET/ASP.NET MVC) development.
  • Flexibility to relocate for projects across India and work in 24x7 shifts as per business requirements.
