Responsibilities:

  • Successfully complete the Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) program and meet the requirements of an RA Engineer.
  • Design, define, and implement complex system requirements for customers.
  • Conduct studies and analyze existing systems for improvements or modifications.
  • Determine system specifications, input/output processes, and working parameters for hardware/software compatibility.
  • Coordinate the design of subsystems and the integration of the complete system.
  • Identify program support deficiencies and develop recommendations for corrective actions.

Requirements:

  • A degree in engineering or a related technical field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Good understanding of system design and integration processes.
  • Familiarity with hardware and software compatibility requirements.
  • Effective communication skills to coordinate with stakeholders.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and addressing system deficiencies.
