- Provide service desk voice support to clients, accurately defining and resolving issues with deep product knowledge.
- Manage service desk operations to ensure world-class system performance and client satisfaction.
- Act as the interface between the client and the system or application, maintaining exceptional communication.
- Interpret and design resolutions for client issues using strong technical knowledge.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and timely issue resolution.
Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: Graduate in Information Technology Operations or a related field.
- Experience: 0-2 years in Service Desk Management.
- Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must-have: Service Desk Voice Support and Service Desk Management.
- Strong understanding of IT operations and service desk processes, including incident and problem management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
