Responsibilities:

  • Provide service desk voice support to clients, accurately defining and resolving issues with deep product knowledge.
  • Manage service desk operations to ensure world-class system performance and client satisfaction.
  • Act as the interface between the client and the system or application, maintaining exceptional communication.
  • Interpret and design resolutions for client issues using strong technical knowledge.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and timely issue resolution.

Requirements:

  • Educational Qualification: Graduate in Information Technology Operations or a related field.
  • Experience: 0-2 years in Service Desk Management.
  • Professional & Technical Skills:
    • Must-have: Service Desk Voice Support and Service Desk Management.
    • Strong understanding of IT operations and service desk processes, including incident and problem management.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
