Position: UI/UX Designer

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product management and software engineers to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience.
• Translate business requirements into user-centered design solutions that are differentiated and effective.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to clearly communicate interaction and design concepts.
• Apply design thinking and agile methodologies throughout the design process.
• Present and defend designs and key deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders.
• Identify and establish streamlined processes, uncover enhancement opportunities, and improve quality and efficiency to boost the design team's productivity.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in user experience design, interface design, product design, or prototype design.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and tools like Figma, Sketch, InVision, Adobe CC, and Zeplin.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in human-computer interaction, product design, information design, interaction design, cognitive psychology, or a related HCI field.
• Skilled in usability tests, cognitive walkthroughs, heuristics evaluations, surveys, and user-centered design methodologies.
• Strong UI design skills with a demonstrable portfolio.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Ability to design, implement, or refine design frameworks.
• Expertise in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and process flows.
• Excellent visual design skills with a strong sensitivity to user-system interaction.
• Familiarity with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Analytical, creative, and strategic thinker with decision-making and project management skills.
• Strong team player capable of working across teams and independently.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
• Effective multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate promptly and openly.
