Responsibilities:

Infra Managed Services:

• Manage infrastructure services and operations for both on-premises and cloud-based technologies.
• Ensure IT infrastructure is reliable, and secure, and operates in line with service and experience level agreements.
• Identify opportunities for service improvement and operational effectiveness.
• Govern ongoing service delivery and facilitate enhancements.

Application/Cloud Support:

• Support, monitor, and maintain applications and cloud computing systems.
• Diagnose and resolve application issues using technical expertise.

Project Control Services:

• Track and manage project management office activities to enhance Technology Delivery.
• Monitor and report on project deliverables, proactively resolving issues as they arise.
• Manage stakeholders to align project priorities and direction.

Low/No-Code App Development:

• Develop applications using low-code platforms, configuring systems to meet unique client requirements.
• Utilize tools like form builders, pre-built templates, and drag-and-drop interfaces.
• Analyze and optimize internal business processes for automation.

Quality Engineering:

• Design test cases, processes, and scenarios for usability testing.
• Prepare and analyze test reports, sharing observations with the development team.
• Apply testing standards and methodologies to achieve team objectives.

Requirements:

• Educational Qualifications:

  • Non-engineering graduate/postgraduate (e.g., B.Sc., BCA, BBA, B.A, B.Com) — excludes B.E./B.Tech, M.E./M.Tech, MCA, and M.Sc. (CS/IT/Computer Applications/Data Science/Computer Science & Applications).
  • Relevant degree must be completed within the stipulated duration (e.g., BBA in 3 years, M.Sc in 2 years).

• Additional Criteria:

  • No active backlogs during application or onboarding.
  • Maximum of 23 months of full-time work experience.
  • Candidates must not have appeared for Accenture's recruitment process in the last three months.

• Eligibility to Work:

  • Indian citizenship or relevant work permit.
  • Bhutan and Nepal nationals can work without a visa. Other foreign nationals require a work visa or an OCI/PIO card.

• Work Expectations:

  • Flexibility to work across different time zones or shifts as required by client services.
  • Willingness to join/relocate to any Accenture office across India.
  • Open to working in any Business Unit/Service Line within the company.
