Position: Software QA Test Engineer
Location: Navi Mumbai

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with developers and end users throughout the software lifecycle to ensure applications meet user needs.
  • Perform testing using various methodologies, including manual, exploratory, and automated testing.
  • Create and maintain test cases, test plans, and other project documentation.
  • Participate in peer reviews of test cases.
  • Identify and report software defects and inconsistencies.
  • Review, analyze, and supplement requirement specifications to ensure 100% test coverage.
  • Facilitate execution of acceptance test scripts by end users.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • Proficiency in writing and executing manual tests for complex software applications.
    • Automated testing experience is a plus.
    • Experience in cross-departmental teams, including software developers, department leads, and end users.
  • Skills:
    • Strong computer skills.
    • Excellent analytical, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience in the regulated healthcare industry is a plus.
