Responsibilities:

  • Work on designing and developing highly maintainable and unit-tested software components/systems that address real-world problems.
  • Deliver quality solutions in a fast-paced, agile environment with immediate business impact.
  • Tackle complex and interesting problems that contribute to scalable, business-critical applications.
  • Write code with a high level of commitment, focusing on quality, scalability, and reliability.
  • Develop solutions that handle large data volumes and complex business flows, ensuring efficient handling of multi-threading and concurrency.

Requirements:

  • Programming Expertise: Extensive experience in programming with strong Object-Oriented (OO) skills in one or more languages such as Java, Ruby, Clojure, Scala, C/C++, and SQL.
  • Computer Science Foundations: Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
  • Problem Solving: A passion for solving complex problems and creating scalable solutions.
  • Startup Mindset: Previous experience in a startup-like environment, showing high levels of ownership and commitment.
  • Education: BTech, MTech, PhD in Computer Science or a related technical discipline (or equivalent).
  • Coding Skills: Strong coding skills can convert design into code fluently; test-driven development (TDD) is a plus.
  • Scalability and Concurrency: Experience building scalable business applications with complex business flows, including multi-threading and concurrency programming.
  • Experience Level: 3+ years of experience in coding and solving large-scale problems.
