Responsibilities:
- Clean up transaction data, identify deficiencies, and prepare proof of claims for class action settlements.
- Review, analyze, and maintain data, including investment transaction and loss calculation data, using software such as MS Excel, MS Access, and GPS.
- Analyze results, compile, sort, arrange, and present data and information following requirements.
- Combine data and results from different systems and maintain them in a secure destination.
- Export and update existing results as per requirements.
- Transfer data from PDF files to Excel for routine analysis.
- Create overviews and analysis reports upon request.
- Efficiently transfer and input data between different applications.
- Effectively articulate scenarios encountered during analysis.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis: Collect, process, and analyze large customer interactions and feedback datasets. Identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights to improve the customer experience.
- Storytelling with Data: Create compelling narratives from data insights to effectively communicate the story behind the numbers, inspiring action and change among stakeholders.
- Reporting and Visualization: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to present insights. Use data visualization tools to simplify complex data for better understanding.
- Customer Insights: Collaborate with the CX team to identify areas for improvement and innovation in the customer journey, enhancing satisfaction and retention.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure a unified approach to improving customer experience.
- Predictive Modeling: Use predictive analytics to forecast customer behavior and trends, and develop models to identify risks and opportunities.
- Performance Metrics: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer experience, track the effectiveness of strategies, and recommend adjustments.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and customer experience to propose innovative solutions.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably within a customer experience or marketing context.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, Python, or R.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with customer experience metrics and methodologies is preferred.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and storytelling skills to present data insights to non-technical stakeholders engagingly.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
