Responsibilities:

  • Mentor the team by driving best practices in coding, standards, compatibility, performance, documentation, and reviews.
  • Actively contribute to the development of products, extensions, and internal tools.
  • Collaborate closely with product owners, architects, UI, and UX designers.
  • Develop single-page applications, visualization extensions integrating vendor APIs, and UI components or libraries.
  • Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Step out of your comfort zone for personal and professional growth.
  • Participate actively in a learning-focused, team-oriented culture.
  • Ensure high code quality with diligent unit testing.
  • Optimize deliverables for performance and usability across browsers and devices.
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions while adhering to specifications.

Requirements:

  • Technical Expertise:

    • Extensive experience in front-end application development.
    • Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue.js), standards, and patterns.
    • Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, JS, and SVG.
    • Experience with front-end tooling (Webpack, Babel, CSS preprocessors).
    • Basic knowledge of databases like MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server, NoSQL, etc.
    • Knowledge of Agile software development processes and methodologies.

  • Additional Skills:

    • Familiarity with D3, charting libraries, and SVG/CSS animations is a plus.
    • Comfortable with test-driven development, pair programming, and remote team collaboration.
    • Basic knowledge of plugin development.

  • Qualifications and Experience:

    • B.E. in IT or Computer Science with a strong academic background.
    • At least 3+ years of development experience.
    • Sound knowledge and experience with databases.

  • Soft Skills:

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
