Position: SQL Developer

Responsibilities:

• Design and create database tables and structures.
• Develop views, functions, and stored procedures for various applications.
• Write optimized SQL queries for seamless application integration.
• Create database triggers to automate tasks and workflows.
• Maintain data quality and ensure database security.
• Perform regular system and process health checks; monitor and escalate issues as needed.
• Handle client calls and initiate outage calls when necessary.
• Use advanced Excel or VBA for data analysis and reporting.
• Translate business requirements into technical SQL queries.

Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications:

• B.Tech/B.E or MCA.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications/Skills:

• Expert in SQL with a solid understanding of RDBMS.
• Strong analytical skills and experience in SQL performance tuning.
• Proficient in SQL design, including complex SQL queries and the creation of DB objects like stored procedures, triggers, functions, and views.
• Knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL is an added advantage.
• Experience with developing complex database objects like stored procedures, functions, packages, and triggers using SQL and PL/SQL.
