Position: Full Stack Developer

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain high-quality, full-stack applications, delivering scalable, reliable, and maintainable solutions using JavaScript and related technologies.
  • Participate in the entire product development lifecycle, including design, development, deployment, and maintenance of new and existing features.
  • Work on both the front-end and back-end of the application, using React JS for front-end development and Node.js for server-side development.
  • Implement and manage microservices architectures using various datastores in cloud-native deployments, including MySQL, Postgres, MongoDB, Redis, and ElasticSearch.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers, promoting best practices and ensuring code quality across the team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop seamless user experiences and innovative features.
  • Utilize message queue systems such as SQS or Kafka to build resilient and scalable applications.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, balancing speed and quality, and adapt quickly to new challenges.

Requirements:

  • 3-6 years of strong proficiency in JavaScript, core JS, and Node.js, with experience shipping production applications.
  • Solid understanding of asynchronous programming and its quirks and workarounds.
  • Strong experience in front-end development with React JS and its ecosystem.
  • Experience with microservices architectures and cloud-native deployments using data stores like MySQL, Postgres, MongoDB, Redis, and ElasticSearch.
  • Experience with message queue systems, such as SQS or Kafka, is a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring junior developers on large-scale projects.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, effective communication abilities, and a passion for creating excellent user experiences.
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies and quickly grasp new concepts.
  • Ability to work under pressure with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership of your work.
